Before sales, we seriously analyze our customers, starting from their expectations, team status, IT infrastructure, physical infrastructure, existing data, and growth plan. We determine how to proceed in the project and create a calendar, taking into account many issues. We attach great importance to the customer's participation in this process. We set realistic goals and targets step by step and implement them one by one.

Training Preparations

There are many issues to consider in training, from the first impression to satisfaction. We try to gain a certain level of trust by sharing our past experiences. We put ourselves in the shoes of the users, consider their daily workload, and create realistic expectations. We do not bring up targets that they cannot achieve. Thus, we keep the participation of users at the highest level.

If our customers' facilities are suitable, after the project opening and on-site training is completed, we conduct the remaining training sessions remotely, considering their daily workload, minimizing time loss. Instead of long daily sessions, we achieve direct results with short-term and clear agenda remote training sessions. Thus, users' work is not interrupted, they can balance their workload, no time is lost on the road, and a more economical solution emerges.

With the Teamviewer product that we use under license, we can systematically carry out training, meetings, project management, and support services remotely. All logs are kept automatically, and our speed and service quality increase while ensuring security, along with connection records, access ease, and common address registrations. Users can easily get support with a single click from the main menu.
