We provide our customers with maximum control over their invoice flow.Our basic approach is to make the invoice processing process as practical as possible and to assist in the application and testing process. Taking market conditions into consideration, we are projecting the issue in a two-phase structure.In the first step, we are working to make it easier for users to enter invoices.In the second stage, we automatically transfer the invoices to DerinSİS through data integration, based on the optional fields in the incoming invoice information and the data structures of the companies we are in contact with. Components Our e-invoice solution consists of 3 components; Communication 'framework' with GIB A standalone web application A management module located in the DerinSİS menu. Invoice modulefrom a program part (DLL) contained within is formed.The web application has a structure that is mostly suitable for the use of technical staff, enriched with control facilities, and works instantly.DesktopThe application, on the other hand, is designed to target accounting management and is an interface that offers these functions based on authority at points where user interaction is required.It especially includes monitoring-acceptance-rejection functions related to the commercial invoice process. Our system, which we designed according to the difficulties and needs of real commercial conditions in the invoice entry process, has features that greatly simplify the work of users.We provide effective solutions on main issues such as invoicing delivery notes, price difference controls, and document order.
