We expanded our CRM solution to cover all sales channels with our native mobile applications.
We started a very complex project under 4 main headings and successfully implemented it within 1 year.
- We have completed data quality improvement, matching with e-commerce records and deduplication within our current CRM solution.We developed and implemented special modules for these goals.
- According to the given designs, we completed native applications for Android and IOS in two phases.After the first phase, which consisted of CRM functions, score information integrated with Genius cash registers, the framework in which Tekzen e-commerce site is presented, native application integration with site membership and mobile application content, toolbox functions that meet special needs for the Yapımarket sector were presented as the second phase.
- In order to manage the resulting 2.5 million member structure, we structured the ERP integration structure from top to bottom and integrated it directly with CRM.ERP integration has also been developed to include financial information, saving individual members from the traditional 'current' data load.Accordingly, the e-archive content was adapted.
- In the tool box modules, color-paint aid, spirit level, ruler, visuals and measuring tools are included.A special notepad for recording has been offered to users.
