Our transformation project, which started with CRM, ERP and WMS, was completed successfully and quickly.At the beginning of 2021, the first phase of CRM and IYS ​​integration for IYS integration went live with 3.5 million subscribers. Analyzes and applied training for ERP/WMS targets were largely carried out remotely due to the pandemic environment.IT Under the leadership ofA compatible working environment was created with the software team and users, thus all bottlenecks of e-commerce integration were overcome, and all steps were reconstructed with Emek Dağıtım integration as the book's main data source.We went live with ERP in June of the same year and achieved very ambitious projects such as over 400 thousand products, 85 thousand types of central warehouse products, and 10-15 thousand e-commerce shipments per day.sizes, much more efficient, fast, practical, controlled.It started to be managed in this way.Apart from this, we have also implemented very new processes, price automations, order rules, robot e-invoice system, and price difference flows. With the availability of our solutions for the retail sector, the physical retail channel of the BKM Kitap project, which hosts Europe's largest book-stationery stores, has also been transferred to the DerinSİS structure with its new integrations. We put the main backbone of our WMS system live in mid-July, on top of the ERP structure that was established very quickly.All goods acceptance, sorting, collection, pool order, counting, correction and inspection functions have reached a much higher capacity and efficiency with the DerinSİS WMS solution. With rapid analysis, detection and development, adding shelves in accordance with the book category requirements, segentation placement/collection here.With these decisions, an effective and traceable warehouse management system was implemented within 2 months.A very agile project experience was experienced with the uninterrupted cycle of development, implementation and new findings.
